MAKE TALK PLAY – Let’s talk collectives, co-working and incubators.

Dear Devs, 

This month at MAKE TALK PLAY, we’re opening the floor to discussion. Over the past couple of months, we’ve been investigating options to develop a PVGD headquarters of sorts. A unique space where each member can work, talk and play together. A physical location in the Pioneer Valley that we can call home. We want to present our plan to you and hear your input and interest in being a part of this adventure. 

We’ve talked to game dev studios, investors, city planners, local and non-local game dev collectives, MassDiGI, real estate agents and our mothers to gather as much input as possible. Our plan is to present you with what we’ve learned, propose a few approaches, and then open the floor to discussion. 

We’d love to get as many people as possible involved in this discussion. Whether this is an interest to you as a game developer or not, we’d appreciate your input. So please, come hang out, hear what we have to say and tell us whether we’re crazy or not. From what we’ve already investigated…this could be a really cool idea that you could help shape into a really cool reality…or Virtual Reality! (because that’s all the rage these days.)
